Most food packaging requires details of the cooking/heating procedure to be applied before consumption of the product.

We can offer cooking validation testing which includes the use of controlled environments and calibrated ovens and timers to ensure that the information on the packaging is accurate and safe.

This includes all types of domestic ovens (gas/electric) and microwaves at various wattage levels.
