ifp-labs UK South Yorkshire are an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory which means that for the tests indicated on our UKAS schedule the reported results are accepted worldwide.
ACCREDITATIONS, APPROVALS AND RESULTS INTEGRITY
ifp-labs UK South Yorkshire uses The United Kingdom Accreditation Service organisation for accreditation to the ISO 17025 Standard and as such UKAS ensures that we meet the requirements of this standard on an ongoing basis.
ifp-labs UK South Yorkshire also meet the testing requirements of Marks and Spencer and Tesco through our ongoing participation in the Retailer Supplementary Audit Scheme (RSA Scheme).
To ensure that reported results are reliable requires having a dedicated quality system in place which ensures that all aspects of the testing process from sample collection, through receipt, administration, analytical testing and reporting are controlled and monitored on an ongoing basis.
This involves the use of internal audits, testing of externally sourced ‘EQA’ samples, duplicate testing, known result testing, statistical analysis of results and trend analysis. This gives us and more importantly the customer, confidence in the results produced and reported.
